The bathroom is one of the smallest rooms in the house but often it can be the most expensive to renovate. This one is in desperate need of a makeover but the trouble is the owners don't have an awful lot of money.
So how about we renovate this one by reusing and recycling. The good news is most of the changes we need to make him here a cosmetic. The tiles are in fantastic condition, they're nice and solid, they're not even molding. All we need is a quick cleanup and a coat of paint. The basin is too old and out-of-date, so we'll be getting rid of this as well as the shower screen.
